Good food and drinks an extensive menu from healthy to fatty snacks, especially the ice cream is tasty and many, nice people and certainly not too expensive.

Food was great this time and service as always polite and very attentive .... we will visit your restaurant again the next time we visit ..... 10 stars from us 👍

Absolutely friendly, cordial service, delicious Italian cuisine (and more) and homemade cakes (e.g. the apple strudel is a stunner!). Modern, yet cozy ambience in the dining room, which even offers an insight into the new Prinz-zu-Wied-Halle through a window recess (our highlight there: the cute sloths). A cult contrast, I think, is offered by the restaurant toilet rooms with their nostalgic seventies / eighties charm, which is now trending again. Everything is also perfectly clean and tidy. We were here in February, but are happy to come again (at the latest) in summer and enjoy the view on the terrace.

Surprisingly good. Courteous service. The pizza is freshly prepared, the apple strudel is homemade, even the vanilla sauce is cooked in-house. The only criticism for me is the fact that there is no corresponding menu for the reduced food offer in the winter season (which is absolutely fine). So you look forward to something and find out when you order that what you want doesn't exist. 🧐

Great restaurant! Can just be recommended! The food was fresh and delicious. The portions are large, at fair prices. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The homemade cakes are delicious and you get very large pieces. Alone the visit of the restaurant was already worth it for the family ...

EXTREMELY POSITIVE SURPRISED! In the zoo we did not really have high expectations for the food or the restaurant. Upon entering one is greeted by the sight of delicious homemade cakes and pies. Very beautiful animal photographs adorn the walls. A very nice operator welcome the guests. As soon as the order was given the drinks were on the table. The food was not long in coming. Pizzas for kids were very good and tasty. The sauce of the pepper schnitzel delicious and homemade. Fries were just as delicious (fresh fat). Cakes baked with love, home-made ice cream and food. At absolutely fair prices. Absolutely clean and decent restaurant. Conclusion: In the Zoo Neuwied you really do not have to lug the backpack with food and drink. Too bad that you have to pay for the beautiful and delicious cake only entrance to the zoo.

Super tasty food in the takeaway and a super friendly helpful youngster in the takeaway, the slightly older lady had a somewhat rough tone, but it was acceptable. General feedback, super nice staff in the takeaway and in addition to eating like mother.

On 23.03.19 I celebrated my birthday in the Neuwieder Zoo with my guests. The restaurant has given it all what it promised. Some of my guests who have not been here were very pleasantly surprised, loved the ambiance of the food and drinks, the staff which was very friendly and attentive. A thank you to the chef who once again conjured up with his cooking skills and a big thank you to the hostess Tina has spread good mood with a good mood. My guests will definitely come back to try the magical cake. Lothar G.

Just the cracker! The fries a single disaster! Dry like salted sticks, but unfortunately without the salt ... You had to queue for half an hour, because only one lady was busy at the snack and that was also overstrained ... Unfortunately it was worse at the waffle stand! Unfriendly staff, burnt waffles and thin coffee! And all together for just 25 euros !!!!!! An absolute joke and a cheek that is hard to beat!

It was really a good experience! I'm on vacation, and we decided together with my family to spend a day at the zoo ... the Italian style restaurant, and consequently the staff is really welcoming !!!! The food is great, the staff is professional but at the same time nice and affectionate with the children !! Thank you so much to the chefs and everything to the wonderful staff !! See you soon !!!!

With my little son, I regularly come to the Zoo Neuwied and a visit to the restaurant is always a must. We are always received very friendly and the service, especially for the little ones, is great. Especially the cakes and pies you can not miss it - just a dream :)
